Programme Director responsible for Irdeto's EMEA Project Management team whilst maintaining hands on ownership of key account project delivery. Focusing on Tier 1 clients from the media industry including; Comcast, Charter, Liberty Global, SKY UK and ITV. Responsible for professional services engagements ranging from standard product delivery to complex multi-vendor system integration programmes and the establishment/commercial launch of a managed services business unit serving tier 1 European and North American operators. Establishing a highly functioning team through recruitment, mentoring and the implementation of lean processes to enable efficient project delivery whilst driving customer satisfaction.

Employed within the newly established EMEA Product Services department of a leading provider of interconnect business optimisation solutions to the telecommunications industry. Primarily responsible for the initiation of a global programme for Telarix’s leading client (Verizon). Liaising at a senior management level across North American, European and Asia Pacific operation hubs to put in place the programme framework and agree the statement of work.

Employed within the European Product Services Team of a leading telecommunications software and consultancy provider. With responsibility for managing deployment of both planning and operational support systems of Aircom’s Enterprise product suite. Responsible for multiple Tier 1&2 mobile operator commercial engagements (including Vodafone, Telefonica and America Movil), managing full lifecycle from bid through to closure, ensuring objectives are realised and penalties avoided. This requires setting project boundaries in the bid phase, effective problem solving, expectation management and ability to focus the team to achieve payment milestones, whilst mitigating risks and managing change. I quickly established a reputation for both turning around legacy projects and controlled successful delivery of new projects. My role expanded to include mentoring international hubs and setting project standards. These include new processes, project gating and template documentation to facilitate a controlled and consistent approach to delivery across the business.
