Head of global B2B drug product (FDF) Commercial Operations within Sandoz' Anti-Infectives franchise with responsibility for the full end-to-end management of all sales-related activities. Scope includes: commercial strategy, customer acquisition, contract and pricing negotiations, product launches, customer relationship management, sales forecasting, demand planning, and product supply. As well as managing the external customer relationships, responsibilities also include coordinating and liaising with key internal stakeholders and service providers such as Technical Operations (production), Quality Assurance, Development, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Business Strategy. The Partner Label Franchise team includes regional sales managers, key account managers, product managers, project management, regulatory experts and demand/supply coordination.

B2B sales with major originator and generic pharmaceutical organisations. Market focus on USA and Canada.

Management of complex projects within the Anti-Infectives Business Unit aswell as development of the cooperation business with external partners. Responsible for governance and controlling of the global research and development department.
