- Manage offshore PM and QA teams in Taiwan and China. - Oversees all vendor management including manufacturing factory, hardware tooling(plastic, metal, heat press, rubber dome, EE parts, package) and all other suppliers. - Manages factory production and QC. Heavily involved in product development especially during NPI phases as well as post-launch product fixes and enhancement. - Lead on technical site: drive product development and delivery new game controller product line which works for IOS and Android platform individually. - Co-branding cooperation: communicating with famous brands(Xbox, Razer, ROG, Minecraft...etc) to review product goals and feasibility assessment. Cowork with suppliers for product manufacturing, over $40M+ revenue per year. - Project management: manage all project tasks to achieve schedule, budget, product requirement. Using Microsoft Project as the tool. - Quality control management: review with ME and QA to finalize reliability tests to meet PRD requests. Drive reliability test to meet project schedule. - MFI product development: Familiar with the process to finish Apple MFI certification, work with RD to pass the ATS/OTA test.

- Lead project at operation field: lead manufacturers to produce requested products, over $20M+ revenue per year - Logistic support: assist to manage global stock, delivery from factory to region sales/warehouse to fulfill demand. - Attend gaming exhibition: attend gaming event(CES, Computex, Global Sources, and some event invited by gaming company) to promote Gamevice product and attend the electronic consumer product event to study market trend of gaming field. - Cost review: negotiate with vendor for price, control product set price.

- Lead project: manage all project tasks to achieve goal from NPI stage to MP. Lead more than 5 projects in Jabil Green Point ($20M+ revenue per year per each project.) - Clear project scope: communicate with customer and realize requirement, then breakdown tasks and assign to project members. Highly involved from CAD feasibility assessment, tooling DFM review, molding and production problem review, build product BOM, provide quotation and ramp plan. - Schedule control: cross-functional communication and cooperation to achieve critical project milestone. - Cost control: precisely cost analysis to provide quotation and manage project budget - Risk assessment: tracking critical tasks to be completed on time to avoid schedule been impacted, also done for solutions evaluation before potential risk happen.
