Identifying and acquiring high-potential properties across England. Passionate about investing in properties requiring renovation with high rental yield and capital gains potential and turning them into high-quality rentals, preferring to take a longer-term outlook over flipping and other short-term property investment strategies.

Leading a team of legal and pensions specialists to help return monies to victims of pension mis-selling from various pension schemes and financial advisers. In addition to continuing to drive business performance and growing the team, has overseen the complete redevelopment of the company’s IT systems in recent years, delivering measurable and tangible improvements in internal efficiency, service delivery, and client satisfaction levels. Continues to directly drive regulatory compliance, operations and IT improvements, HR and team performance while retaining overall responsibility for data processing, data management, service level reporting and complaint handling.
