First Citizen Finance DAC is a newly established company set up and staffed by the team of permanent tsb Finance Ltd. As part of the Irish Life & Permanent Group, permanent tsb Finance was one of the largest consumer finance companies in Ireland. From 1993 to 2011, when the group was nationalised it was the largest provider of car finance with brands such as Opel, Nissan, Hyundai and Kia amongst others with a reach of over 500 of Ireland's largest motor dealers. At its peak in 2008, it was processing over 100,000 applications per annum for credit in Ireland over a diverse range of products in cars, motorcycles, agricultural machinery, film finance, office equipment and computers amongst others. In addition, it also managed the indirect personal lending for the group. Total assets under management would have exceeded €10.75 billion within over 150,000 individual accounts. We have now been contracted as First Citizen Finance to provide these services to a number of the largest financial services companies in Europe including Ireland. We can assist them in their retail, commercial and corporate portfolio with an emphasis on arrears and the collection of assets. Chris was appointed Managing Director in 1999 of the permanent tsb Finance who have been one of the largest car finance companies in Ireland with joint ventures which have included Opel, Nissan, Hyundai,BMW, Kia and Renault amongst others.

He joined Irish Permanent Finance as Sales and Marketing Director following the sale of specific assets to that company.

Chris entered the financial services industry in 1986 when he joined Woodchester Investments as Sales and Marketing Manager. He was appointed to a number of subsidiary boards before leaving in 1991.
