Working in a fast paced environment for a monster logistics company, I process and clear commercial and non-commercial shipments Canadian bound from across the globe. I analyze airway bills, commercial invoices, and other various documents pertinent to the shipment. I then "Rate" the commercial invoice; classify the goods using the HS, and determine the proper tariff treatment and applicable duty rate for the shipment. I then calculate the duties and taxes for the shipment and complete the Canadian Customs paperwork and invoice the IOR.

Shipped parts for giant agricultural machines internationally. Obtained cost effective rate quotes (ground, ocean and air freight) ensuring customer satisfaction! Scheduled ground, air and ocean shipments daily in a time sensitive atmosphere. Familiar with CAED and Smart Border. Complete customs documents; proforma invoices, certificates of origin, NAFTA certificates of origin, B13's etc. Managed inventory and provided purchase requisitions to purchasing department.
