Mr. Flesner handles the leasing activities for fifteen retail properties totaling over 750,000 SF in the Tarrant County market. He is responsible for cold calling competing properties, fielding sign calls, touring with prospective tenants, negotiating lease terms, and renewing current tenants.

World Wear Project, LLC is not your ordinary used apparel collection company. That’s because we develop local, regional and national partnerships with schools, places of worship, community centers, charities and non-profits by providing them with a new fundraising opportunity. Chris G Flesner handles all aspects of the real estate department which include; market analysis, site selection, LOI negotiation, lease edit and review, BIN placement, generating leads for new locations, approving all rent payments, creating all marketing material, and attending commercial real estate conventions. He has three employees under his management who assist in the real estate departments daily business activities.

Integrity drives the way CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company Commercial Division handles all aspects of commercial real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and the many dynamic and growing communities that surround it. Chris assisted clients in need analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, and lease review. He assisted landlords in tenant retention, property management, rent collection, cold calling, negotiation of new leases. Chris also assisted Larry Harbour (office manger) in running weekly sales meeting, maintaining and updating website, responding to general emails and phone calls, generating new and updating current marketing flyers, and keeping all of companies properties up to date on commercial databases.

Chris worked as the primary leasing agent for four multi-story office properties with total square footage exceeding 350,000 SF. He assisted current tenants in office expansions and renewals. Worked with prospective tenants on new leases. Assisted property manager in rent collection, delevering notices to current tenants, and working with maintenance staff on keeping the properties in good working order. He achieved an award for most square footage leased for the 4th quarter 2008 and the 1st quarter 2009.
