Looking for that Family feel in what I hope to be the last position I take. When I join a company I like to think of it as a family and I am dedicated to making that family run as smooth as the whip cream on the cobbler for Sunday dinner. Ive been working in management for a long time, and what Ive learned is that we all have strengths and weaknesses. A good Manager will guide their employees to be the best at what they are strong at, and try to find ways to build up the softer spots without negativity. My strengths in team building and my desire to make things efficient are what motivates me as a leader.
