Accountable for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report company results. This includes managing accounting, finance, human resources, recruiting, investor relations, M&A, legal and tax.

Our goal is to increase education, heighten awareness and develop prevention programs. We want to improve the overall quality of life for those struggling with addiction, mental health and chemical dependency issues in a direct, respectful, honest and compassionate manner.

• Responsible for all aspects of cash including managing the credit facility, asset based line of credit, monthly borrowing base submission, quarterly covenant compliance submission and rolling 12-month forecasts • Create financial P&L, cash flow and balance sheet models for three successful acquisitions and numerous initial reviews of companies in the Fuel Oil & Propane industry. Manage due diligence and integration of acquired targets. • Manage all aspects of the accounting, finance, HR, recruiting & IT departments for our six locations throughout New England. • Manage collections for a residential oil & propane business with 20,000 customers • Working with business units to manage a fleet of 75 vehicles. • Oversee all aspects of audit & tax including corporate filings, local, state and sales & use tax

• Responsible for the preparation for quarterly business line reviews with the ultimate CEO of Altran Technologies and annual budget meetings with the Executive Committee in Paris • Manage the overall operations of a 30 person corporate services staff for a professional services organization, which includes Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Recruiting & IT • Head all North American M&A activity within a global organization which resulted in four US acquisitions, numerous domestic and international meetings, analysis and due diligence reviews • Manage the North American portfolio of real estate, employee benefit plans, corporate insurance, tax, annual financial statement audit, annual internal audit and plan administration of the 401k • Created a full KPI & dashboard reporting package used to lead monthly management meetings for our North American operations to discuss results, strategy and changes in the market focused on utilization, staffing schedules, recruiting trends and business line details • Helped create the existing bonus plans for over 300 employees ensuring accurate assessment of job responsibilities for the CEO, Vice-Presidents, Directors, Project Managers, Sales Staff, Engineers and Corporate Staff • Implemented updates to both new hire and existing employee training programs focusing on both soft and hard skills

• Report directly to the CEO in coordinating and handling all daily and monthly operations of a world-wide accounting department in our AUS, US & Swiss entities including hiring and managing three world-wide employees • Prepare and present company financials in meetings with venture capitalists and banks for company financing • Produce weekly and monthly world-wide balance sheet, P&L, budgets and cash flow statements for company and investor use • Turn company around from using part-time CPA firm to international accounting and human resource department

• Complete all aspects of the international consolidation for a NASDAQ traded company with operations in the US, UK, AUS, Japan & Singapore, including monthly reporting for management and board • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts and create monthly work papers in preparation for quarterly external audits and monthly close • Help in the preparation of SEC reporting documents, including 10-K and 10-Q statements • Manage the payroll department with 150 employees • Help with the continuous reorganization of all aspects of the business following four separate rounds of employee lay-offs

• Worked with numerous retail business line managers to implement monthly early warning systems to monitor each department’s daily operations • Continuously work with management to minimize risk and advise on adherence to bank policy and federal regulations
