In sales and service of the Federal Employee Program. Grew market share from 80% to 94% in eleven years. This entails approximately 170,000 members. Won numerous awards for strategic market growth but was ranked #1 in the country (59 Blue Plans and approximately 100 reps) in 2012. Also was asked to sell large, self-insured companies our Work Related Injury product in 2010. In one year, I added 86,000 contracts. Well versed in speaking in front of groups both for internal and external training. Spend a great deal of time counseling, one on one, customers on their insurance benefits, eligibility requirements, Medicare, and Tricare.
