Network Device Configuration & Maintenance: Configured, maintained, and supported a range of network devices including Palo Alto SD-WAN, Fortigate firewalls, Juniper & HP switches, and Ruckus Cloud access points. Performed firmware upgrades to address vulnerabilities and integrate client devices into company infrastructure.
