Started from worked at cooperative institution and fisheries (1983-1992) as manager of operation, production, purchasing, human relation, finance/commercial and marketing/export. I contributed improving the performance of the company become healthy institution and changed from local market to export market oriented. With these reputations, I was appointed to joint a Seminar on Fisheries Cooperatives for South and East Asian Countries in Tokyo and Hokkaido as speaker and participant representing Indonesia when I was 26 years old. In 1992, I started to work at big group of wood working industries in administration/finance and control division. Then, I succeeded making healthy company of three companies in 1994-1999 after appointed as director and finance director. In 1999, I was appointed as Director of Finance and Taxation of Japanese joint venture company in Gresik, East Java for 19 years till 2018, wood working industries. I also had succeeded to make this company become lower cost, healthy and condusive situation without corruption. And, in taxation matters became tax comply company including 99.8% succeeded to get tax refund continuously. In organization activities, I’m a Chairman of Indonesian Sawmill and Wood Working Association (ISWA) East Java Region (2010-present). In 2016-present, as Board Member of Finance of Furniture and Handicraft Association (HIMKI) East Java Region. In 2016-2020, as Board Member of Communication Forum of Business Association (FORKAS) East Java Region. Basically, keeping the motto, “there is nothing impossible”, then, “promote myself to convey quality of life and integrity”. So, I can say, “we just sell the quality, not the products or services, the products/services are only media to show up the quality as well as customers’ needs”. It’s either the quality of process, result or professionalism and moral integrity”. It will be driving us in a quality of life that useful for people or anybody thereof. Accordingly, from that motto, in every step of works I’m always keeping the best quality as people and customers’ needs at all. So, I always confidence to be able to do the best and making better everyday for my jobs and life.
