Wire Bond (AP339, Eagle 60/60AP, Eagle Xtreme, Twin Eagle Xtreme, Aero/Aero Cu) - Regularly inspect, maintain, and repair wire bonding equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Develop and implement strategies to improve yield, quality, and productivity in wire bonding processes. - Provide technical solutions to process issues and support to clients and colleagues. - Train and supervise technicians to achieve high standards in wire bonding processes. AOI (Seahawk & Skyhawk) - Ability to analyze equipment performance data and make necessary adjustments. - Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair faults in machinery and equipment. - Good communication skills to effectively train technicians and provide support to clients. trim & form (MPhenix)

Performing daily testing jigs checking & PM carried out effectively. To ensure correct & fast troubleshooting and repair activities, on all the test jigs in production lines. To assist Test Engineer on the hardware ( test jigs preparation ) & software ( circuit diagram & PCBA on test jigs ) designation. To provide analisys data & troubleshooting on the production failure. New production lines setup & also working guide line preparation. To assist Engineering team on repair & rework for the production reject units. New production setup & instruction guideline preparation. Giving briefing & training to production operators a proper method to run the test jigs. Troubleshooting guideline preparation.

Process Technician - Failure analysis on Etching test, cratering test, SEM (scanning electron microscope), Edx (energy dispersive X-ray analysis), intermetallic check, ball shear test, wire pull test, measurements, cross-section and material check. - Machine buy off on new machines, machines after PM (Preventive Maintainance), dedicated customer, new parameter, Qual and Engineering lots and after machine transfer in from other line. Preventive Maintanance Technician - To ensure that proper and effective PM (Preventive Maintenance) are being carried out, especially on wire bonder. - To ensure correct and fast troubleshooting and repair activities. ( major on ASM Wire Bonder and also 3rd Optical ) - To carry out improvement projects to increase machine efficiency. - Provide proper Training to new member of PM.
