During my internship as a Security Operation Center Analyst at Maxis Berhad, I gained valuable experience in various aspects of cybersecurity. With a primary focus on threat analysis, monitoring, and hunting, I actively contributed to the identification and mitigation of potential security risks. One of my key responsibilities was suggesting effective methods for threat prevention, leveraging my knowledge of industry best practices and emerging threats. I worked closely with the team to develop proactive strategies to safeguard critical systems and sensitive data. Additionally, I have spearheaded the tasks on researching and analyzing current cybersecurity trends, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for internal and external stakeholders. Another important aspect of my role was conducting security information and event management audits. By reviewing logs and analyzing security events, I helped ensure the effectiveness of our security controls and policies. Moreover, I actively participated in the implementation of new features on the Wazuh platform, to ensure the analysts’ work operations are highly efficient and effective, which further strengthened my technical skills. As part of my ad hoc work, I received additional training as a Wazuh Engineer. Throughout my internship, I demonstrated a strong commitment to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational assets. I have demonstrated a strong sense of team-spirit and teamwork, which has enabled me to easily collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network administrators and incident response personnel, to address security incidents and implement appropriate countermeasures. In summary, my experience as a Security Operation Center Analyst Intern has provided me with a foundation in cybersecurity and I am extremely grateful that I was given the opportunity to work under a team of talents who are equipped with years of experience.

As a System Integrator Intern at Zenith Corporate Park, I had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing onsite support for both consumer and corporate clients. I played a crucial role in executing the company's projects, ensuring smooth integration of systems and technologies. One of my key responsibilities was conducting system testing and troubleshooting. I worked closely with the team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring that the implemented solutions met the clients' requirements and expectations. In addition, I actively participated in conducting quality analysis and checks on completed products before delivery. This involved meticulously reviewing the integrated systems, verifying their functionality, and ensuring that they adhered to the company's quality standards.
