Taking lead and coordinating build-to-print (BTP) project bidding activities, including costing exercise, drafting proposal and coordinating internal bid approval process. In-charge of engineering application, for products; ATS850 cleanroom class 10 conveyor, turn-table, shuttle, lifter etc.

Managing existing customers including supporting associate company from North America and Europe. Assisting associate company for installation support in the region including Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Japan. Explore new customer base, supporting company organic growth objective in the region. Prepare and managing sales forecast.

Employed to start-up sales service office at Penang, northern region of Malaysia. Taking lead for new office setup, staff hiring, implementation of CRM management etc. Primary roles as executing sales marketing strategy, and robotic application support. Huge effort and time was invested to promote robotic solution product to customer in the region, including old school "door to door" sales promote, e-marketing etc.

Managing projects for automated process equipment builds. Taking lead for major milestone within projects such as project kick-off, design review, equipment build and finally commissioning. Accountable for project plan, including project schedule, resources and costing. Plus good technical background which allowed projects range from small to mid-size execute in good way and delivered as per customer requirements.

Taking lead to manage small size equipments built-to-print projects, and supporting the Request for Quote process throughout First Article submission before manufacturing release. Posted for oversea assignment about a year to support on process development for robotic automated handling and assembly.
