- Ensure units produced or manufactured comply with an established quality standard. - Coordinating with contractors and other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. - Defning the project objectives, scope, roles and responsibilities as well as technical and resource requirement of a project. - Coordinate with client and production according to the manufacturing drawings and keep them informed of project status as well as potential issues. - Preparing detailed project plans, monitoring and coordinating of manufacturing work and progress to ensure achievement of planned progress. - Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget. - To design, review and approve the engineering drawing and schematics in terms of the overall substation as well as electrical connection wiring diagram for Low and High Voltage. - Managing the budget for projects so that costs are controlled and within limits set by clients. - Utilize industry best practices, techniques and standards throughout project execution. - Ensure all team members are properly trained to perform their jobs safety and efficiently. - Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

- Ensure units produced or manufactured comply with an established quality standard. - Observing units produced for visible defects. - Performing various tests on the units produced to check for desired characteristics. - Noting down observation gathered, accepting or rejecting lots of units on the basis of sample checked. - Assist in monitoring and coordinating of manufacturing work and progress to ensure achievement of planned progress. - Coordinate with client and production according to the manufacturing drawings. - To design the engineering drawing and schematics in terms of the overall substation as well as electrical connection wiring diagram for Low and High Voltage. - Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

- Industrial Trainee in QMM Department (Quality and Management Method) - Developing and implementing quality standards and quality control systems. - Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met. - Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues in terms of corrective actions, solutions, and improvements. - Perform ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report) and Report Writing. - Work Order Method Statement Writing and Reviewing for each testing tools and equipment. - Assist Event Manager to organize a workshop and training program. - Perform 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) around working environment.
