About
Hello everyone! Currently I'm an IT Security Engineer in ams OSRAM GDC Office which located in Georgetown, Penang. I was appointed as a Research Assistant for a malicious website detection study led by Puan Wan Nurulsafawati Binti Wan Manan. My responsibilities included web feature scraping, data cleaning, machine learning & deep learning model development and model deployment by generating a detector software. I awarded the Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (Computer Systems and Networking) with Honours with First Class grade at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA). Furthermore, I was honored with the Hadiah Emas Fakulti (Faculty Gold Award) for being recognized as the best student in the Faculty of Computing UMPSA during the 2023 18th UMPSA convocation ceremony. Moreover, in collaboration with my Final Year Project (FYP) supervisor, Puan Wan Nurulsafawati Binti Wan Manan, I successfully published a conference paper titled "Detection of Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) Attack with Hyperparameter Tuning Based on Machine Learning Approach" in IEEE Xplore. The paper is available with DOI: 10.1109/ISAS60782.2023.10391487. Besides, I have actively engaged in and successfully completed numerous cybersecurity challenges, particularly focusing on Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) and malware analysis. I have participated in diverse platforms such as LetsDefend, CyberDefenders and BTLO for honing my skills and staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.
