Second appointment as a contract research assistant by UMPSA Research and Innovation Department for below tasks: -Assisted in deploying deep learning models for malicious website detection. -Assisted in analyzing the detection model performance. -Assisted in developing a malicious website detection system using Python.

-Involved in IP Phone Project for VLAN configuration in network switches. -Conducted the network monitoring and analysis of network traffic logs and alerts for potential security threats and abnormal network performance using Sangfor IAG, WatchGuard Firewall and Aruba Airwave. -Conducted the IT security policies briefing sessions to all employees, resulting in a 98% passing rate of the IT security policies test. -Contributed to develop IT security documentation to ensure they are up-to-date and aligned with the Fuji Electric Headquarter (HQ) practices. -Conducted network troubleshooting using Wireshark and Fluke Network Cable Testers. -Contributed to phishing email analysis and documented findings. -Performed patches, updates and upgrade on servers and network devices to ensure the system stability and security compliance. -Proactively blacklisted the identified malicious websites where published from cybersecurity communities in firewall to enhance the network security. -Configured firewall policies to protect the corporate from data leakage and cyberattacks. -Performed network switch and Wi-Fi AP configurations. -Monitored HDD health of servers and storages. -Configured server backup and replication using Veeam software. -Performed server restore and monitoring using VmWare vCenter. -Provided remote and on-site support for internal users to resolve their technical issue. -Installed and configured computer systems and software.
