-Reporting to President of China. -Responsible for Nanjing operations with P&L. -Responsible for factory operations for Metal Stamping, Plastic Injection, Tooling fabrication, SMT, Assembly, Quality, Engineering, IT, Finance, HR & admin, PMC, Purchasing with total workforce 750, and total annual revenue USD50millions. -Review Customer forecast & schedules together with production for maximizing the machine capacity and labor to improve production productivity and yield. -Ensure optimization of machine utilization through OEE and adopt Kaizen for continuous improvement. -Develop and implement strategic purchasing and material management plans. -To develop strong partnerships with vendors and suppliers and negotiate competitive product pricing and business terms. -Lead and drive continuous improvement to increase yield, productivity, quality and reduce cycle time, Improve Inventory Turn (for both Raw Material and Finished Good) and cost through application of Kaizen, Lean Program, and Kanban.
