- Monitor inventory levels to support customer requirement while ensuring optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or excess. - Ensure raw materials and components are ordered and delivered with the right quantity, at the right time, to meet production needs. - Participate in planning meetings to align material availability with production schedules and demand fluctuations. - Analyze and track inventory costs, identifying opportunities to improve turnover and reduce excess stock. - Generate and analyze inventory and material planning reports for management and key stakeholders. - Research supply trends and procurement strategies to optimize material flow and cost efficiency. - Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to enhance material planning accuracy and efficiency. - Review vendor data and material master records, providing feedback on discrepancies and ensuring database accuracy. - Assist in managing materials-related tasks, prioritizing urgent requirements, and ensuring smooth procurement processes. - Oversee material planning strategies to support production continuity and minimize downtime.

- Evaluate material availability based on customer requirement - Coordinate (Expediting) material scheduling with purchasing department for making production plan order. - Preparing, Planning, issuing, and controlling production schedules - Coordinate with Key Account Manager for shipment plan and customer requirement - Allocate manpower to support critical area in daily and weekly basis - Update team for status of work in progress, material availability and potential production problems to ensure that manpower, equipment, material, and other supports are provided as needed. - Expedite the movement of parts or component by means of drive to finish production order once released to production line. - Feedback relevant department if found database not complete or incorrect - Submit shipment plan in Application Extension and necessary data to logistic team - Coordinate with other department to ensure production plan target will be on target - Coordinate with customer in case of serious issue - Monitor, update production scheduling, production performance - Expedite and follow up relevant department in case of issue relate with plan and target - Prepare necessary reports for management, and customers

- Evaluate material availability and purchase order schedule to create suitable production and shipment schedules for multiple products - Determine manpower, raw material, and equipment required for production running to cover customer demand - Address and resolve production issue including plan and prioritize operation schedule to ensure maxzimum performance and minimum delay in production - Prepare and submit material availability and material requirement report to supply chain relationships

• Monitor and analysis demand planned vs actual demand, to address key reason of missing forecast & planned for further action need to team. • Evaluate sales forecast by using data base from system to provide more forecast accuracy. • Coordinate with Supply Planner to address demand & supply unbalance potential impact to business

• Material planning and ordering base on customer order, production plan, stock availability, MOQ, lead time and material condition • Being in charge of issuing purchase request and purchase order to suppliers. • Ensure all raw material order is processed correctly, efficiency and monitor all order will be deliver on time • Ensure all supplier’s delivery plan is on time • Define, control and revise material stock level to support production running smooth • Liaise with warehouse team and management to ensure optimal storage capacity utilization • Propose and create effieciency tools for planning and production improvement • Ensure all planning data is accurate in SAP

• Material planning and ordering. Base on customer requirement and customer sale forecast by comparing with material available stock, MOQ, lead time and material shelf life • Review customer requirement and provide production plan by considering with material delivery plan, production capacity, machine, human resource and area availability • Review forecast from customer, delivery plan from supplier, contact purchaser to ensure all scheduling is in established plan and commitments • Provide production loading plan to meet customer requirement • Ensure all material, semi-finished and finished goods will be in the safety level • Provide necessary report and information to customer and internal department concerned

• Define measurement, data collection and perform analysis of KPIs to evaluate the business • Monitor and evaluate KPI and strategic plan to develop business in marketing, production, quality assurance, human resource, purchase and finance department • Design and create material requirements planning system (MRP) for planning department • Monitor and evaluate committee activities • Record data, analyze and evaluate customer and employee satisfaction survey • Document Control Center in ISO 9001: 2008 and secretary for production department
