Spain's iconic department store - Responsible to handle Halloween, costume and girls toys - Handle cost analysis, quote preparations, samples, supervising OEM developments, and shipment - Sourcing new suppliers and products - Coordinate with Spain head office and factory for order processing - Coordinate with Spain design team and factories on product development and packaging artwork design - Work closely with quality control team in HK & Spain office

- Independent from end to end handling of client’s accounts, from quotes to shipment. - Handling new enquiries: costing analysis, quote preparations, samples, and supervising OEM developments. - Preparation of various order documents e.g. P/I, P/O’s, vendor registration documents. - Overseeing & organizing pre-production scheduling, lab testing issues, artwork development, and factory audit issues. - Handle full set of shipping and payment documents including L/C. - Supervising MA China based staff and vendors to ensure orders on track. - Daily communications with customers for ongoing orders and new opportunities
