* Dealing with customers at the till point, on the shop floor and on the telephone * Organising and tidying stock on the shop floor * Balancing the till * Advising customers on purchases.

* In the interest of broadening my knowledge into other areas of HR, I took on the role of HR Administrator looking after the company's graduate programmes as a way of gaining an insight into a Recruitment aspect of the function. Main responsibilities in this role include: * Processing contracts and letters for graduate roles in our Pharmacy network * Managing telephone and email queries from students and colleagues * Attending careers fairs at universities and being the face of Lloydspharmacy graduate team for students * Organising assessment centres, liaising with events co-ordinators and managing the candidates before and during the assessment centres * Assigning Certificates of Sponsorship for international students under our employment * Processing interview paperwork for over 500 candidates who applied for our summer placement programme and assisting managers with queries during the interview process

* Part of the Customer Support team in HR Shared Services at Celesio UK. * Dealing with general and specialised queries from the pharmacy retail network and within the support centre. * Acting as the first point of contact for colleagues in Lloydspharmacy branches * Providing the management team with weekly and monthly metrics data showing team progression * Creating new efficient ways of collating data from our daily calls * Supporting the end-to-end process of changes to pharmacists’ terms and conditions * Understanding policies and procedures and applying them to queries from line managers
