● Provided statistical support for the submission of tislelizumab, an anti-PD-1 antibody, in multiple indications including NSCLC, Gastric, and HCC to FDA/EMA in collaboration with BeiGene. ● Performed regional sample size evaluation using PMDA method 1 and 2 for a phase III trial with China joining and supported study initiation activities. ● Completed a sample size handbook for oncology trials with detailed instructions in using statistical tools (EAST, R, SAS) for sample size calculation and simulation under different types of designs. ● Provided seminars on topics including meta-analysis, RECIST etc. and organized a workshop on regulatory activities in collaboration with regulatory colleagues for China analytics group.

● Provide statistical support to 6 oncology clinical trials of different phases (I/II/III) including study design evaluation, sample size simulation, protocol authoring and review, randomization planning, SAP authoring, TLF review etc. ● Lead statistical aspects for a pivotal trial from the designing stage to the breakthrough therapy designation request planning and submission. ● Worked as study lead statistician for a 10-year phase III study in preparation for database lock and final clinical study report activities. ● Actively contribute insights to methodology working groups focusing on Bayesian adaptive randomization, “Pick-the-Winner” trial, seamless adaptive trials and causal inference. ● Collaborate cross-functionally with various other disciplines including statistical programming, data management, regulatory and medical writing in study activities such as SDTM/ADAM specifications review, CRF design, data review, FDA interaction and publication. ● Reviewed and updated the existing comprehensive resource guide for biostatistician new hires and organized training for new hires on a variety of topics including statistician’s role in drug development, phase I oncology dose escalation trial designs, sample size considerations and simulations, etc.

● Reviewed and evaluated 7 existing meta-analysis methods in analyzing drug adverse events based on different measures for binary data including, risk difference, risk ratio, and odds ratio. ● Provided recommendations of meta-analysis procedures in assessing adverse events based on simulation results and real applications for newly developing drugs. ● Prepared and released a reference manual of meta-analysis procedures for future use including methods illustration, applicable situation, implementation instructions, and corresponding R codes.

● Applied historical analysis on more than 150 catastrophe bonds’ trades, including exploring catastrophe’s potential influences on trade prices and quantities and evaluating 4 dealers’ price indication performances. ● Implemented price-yield conversion to verify the existing yield calculation methods in Matlab. ● Developed new algorithm in assigning weights to dealers’ indicative prices in calculating portfolio returns. ● Presented research results with AON BENFIELD and AIR WORLDWIDE

● Helped design and promote 8 derivatives products with options and swaps of Hushen 300 Index. ● Tracked trades over ¥1B of existing products with Zhaoshang Bank and Guangfa Security etc. ● Calculated theoretical trading costs using Monte-Carlo simulation, compared results with referred prices and helped to control risks together with risk management colleagues.

● Updated business client loan database and credit assessment models. ● Assisted business banking clients in daily banking services requests.

● Gathered data from research department of the head office, analyzed data on market performance of 5 funds to help form analysis report for financial investment consultants. ● Assisted general manager in daily administrative duties including evaluating performance, tabulating operational statistics and coordinating with marketing, sales and services staffs.
