This job allowed me to have the chance in exploring new technology and learning how it can fit into existing customer environment and what is the benefit as well as OPEX reduction for customer. I learned to consult customer as well as up-selling our product where bringing revenue to customer as well as my company. I’m able to position various type of products / models into customer environment and advising customer why the product is being proposed and the forecasted outcome for customer.

- Update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives. - Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits - Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. - Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output - Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents - Apply data program techniques and procedures - Keep information confidential - Respond to queries for information and access relevant files - Comply with data integrity and security policies

- To process and submit all applications for all visas like Employment Pass, Dependent Pass, Long-term Social Visit Pass, Professional Visit Pass etc - To process other type of visa services like Visa Cancellation, Transfer of Endorsement, and Special Pass on Employment Pass, Dependent Pass, and Long-term Social Visit Pass. - To prepare company letters, invitation letters and any other correspondence letters required.
