I have built that discipline at Doshi Group, Quanical, and Atharva, and as a partner to Aditya Birla Group, Tata Sons, and Reliance.Today I am Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Ved Sanjeevani, a science led Ayurveda biotech with over 4 lakh customers, patented Nabhi science formulations, clinical studies underway across India, and a Forbes Iconic Brand of India tag. We won the DPIIT Maharathi Challenge for D2C in 2025. I lead R&D, Investor Relations, and strategic expansion.What I do well: building M&A playbooks where intellectual property is the valuation lever; running cost center to profit center transformations, the most recent of which took customer experience from a cost line to thirty seven percent of revenue; designing go to market strategy in India and APAC, including tier two and three Bharat distribution; and shaping ESG aligned operating models that hold up to a board's scrutiny.I am a visiting professor at IIT Bombay, VJTI, UCLA, and the University of Rome, with over 100 published papers.
