It was a beautiful & great journey at eStore Factory. During my employment tenure at eStore Factory, I have done Talent Acquisition for IT, Digital Marketing & eCommerce departments. I was also taking care of induction process, engagement activities, policies development & implementation, negotiation with vendors, admin part.

I was working with Principle Secretary C.V.Som. He hired me for Swach Bharat Mission activites, I was co-ordinating with SBM head office & Principle Secretary like daily checking their files, Bill's, details about different projects. I have also taken part in major events like Swachhta e j Sewa.

I was conducting end to end recruitment process. I need to do screening, shortlisting, interviewing candidates. Also, I was taking reporting, day to day meeting with each employee. Conducted employee engagement activities & introduce retention process.
