-Maintain the material master data and MRP parameter on ERP system-SAP related current inventory spare part stock for Power Plant spare parts more than 23,000 items which had been released correctly. - Get background data, Running DAX and perform visualize monitoring store analyse (Min-Max calculation, Turnover rate, Movement analyse ABC-XYZ, Consumption Stat and Tracking Status). - Control all warehouse and inventory function to support Power Plant activity. - Maintain and control specification master category of all spare part. - Lead team for keep accuracy movement all stock follow though under the standard procedure, work instruction and standard flow. - Setup and optimize internal Warehouse Process and monthly report by VBA Macro Excel, Auto report Power Query and Power BI.

- Manage general warehouse staff for efficient all activities. - Setup for the new warehouse department concept and install SOP, WI under company's certificate. - Ensure all intake and outtake are done with 100% accuracy in WMS. - Focus and control the new FG Automation Warehouse need to understand all ASRS system (Unit-Load AS/RS; Full Pallet Stack) included Conveyor System, Hand Gripper, AGV, Wrapper Machine, ASRS Crane. - Lead in the area and coordinate with other concerned functions for FG inventory management.

- New set up plant and install infrastructure and internal flow of Warehouse Dept. - Keep accurate record for inbound/outbound inventory movement and ensure accuracy movement all stock and follow though. - Coordinate oversee colleague (Inventory Cost Controller) related daily counting list and proceeding move in/out parts or finished goods from WH-TH and maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical count. - Prepare required document, label, packing list for outbound shipment. - Setup warehouse department, establish layout plan and selective racking at rental space 140 sq.m. (30 Bay, 168 Pallets, Max load 1.5 – 3 Ton/ Tier/Bay). - Create WH's SOP, work instruction and issue internal document template under concept ISO 9001:2015

- Summarize inventory, movement, stock report and history transaction for clarify with Customs Officer. - Implement and issue HS Code catalogue project for improvement clearing time (more than 3.8% from 2017) and reduced 6.13% haven’t been prosecuted in import in 2018. - Compare freight cost and arrange import shipment with vendor in Europe, Asia Zone. - Coordinate with Thai Customs and others Government Department and ensure import clearance proceeding declared under Free Zone privilege accordingly and summarize movement report for them. - Review and check freight invoice from freight forwarder and conclude freight-in/ out costing and send to Financial Dept. - Handling and control inbound and outbound raw material included support internal process flow under FZ privilege. - Ensure accuracy inventory storage that more than 10,000 part numbers is correctly movement. -Cooperate with PD, PUR, FIN, QA

- Follow Monthly and Daily ship schedule and upload EDI import (Baplie) and co-working with Ship Officer which discharge and load at THLCH. - Lead wraft labors (Stevedore, Tally Man, Shore Crane Driver) at wharf Area. Control and troubleshot a problem case. - Handle sea export booking and ensure conclude total loading list that will be export from THLCH.
