Hello, my name is David, and I hold a Master's degree in Business Administration from National Taipei University, with a focus on marketing and financial management. My thesis centered on ESG corporate governance, which strengthened my analytical and strategic thinking skills and gave me a solid foundation for balancing data, strategy, and execution in my career. Over the past three years at Flytech Technology, I have built a well-rounded career path across Project Management (PJM), Product Development (PDM), and Product Planning (PSM): As a PJM, I managed post-MP product sustaining and lifecycle planning, covering ECR/ECO execution, cost optimization, alternate component validation, and EOL planning, while coordinating with factories and sales teams to ensure delivery and quality. As a PDM, I led new product development (NPI), from market concept to EVT/DVT/PVT/MP. I worked closely with R&D teams (EE/ME/BIOS/SW) to define specifications, validate samples, and drive products smoothly into mass production. As a PSM, I focused on market research and product positioning, defining product roadmaps, translating customer requirements into specifications, and supporting sales with proposals and solutions for global markets. Before joining Flytech, I worked as a digital marketing intern in Hong Kong, where I engaged in SEO, data analytics, and marketing campaign planning. This experience enhanced my ability to combine technical knowledge with market-driven strategies. With a strong background in market research, product development, and cross-functional collaboration, I am confident in my ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions. Looking ahead, I aspire to take on larger-scale product planning and global projects, continuing to grow as a professional while creating value for the organizations I work with.
