● Led a team to optimize antibody discovery platforms using high-throughput screening (HTS), resulting in the development of more than 14 distinct antibodies and over than 10 different proteins. ● Designed protein expression plasmids, including codons, promoters, signal peptides, and selection markers and more. ● Engineered antibody to enhance binding affinity, stability and minimize aggregation using phage display, mRNA display, high- throughput screening (HTS) or in silico design. ● Developed and engineered bispecific and multispecific antibodies to advance multiple projects. ● Optimized transfection processes for mammalian cell, establishing more than 10 different high-expression stable cell lines. ● Streamlined fermentation processes, screened cell culture media, and designed feed strategy to improve protein production and reduce costs, scaling up from small scale to medium scale (40L bioreactor). ● Guided the team to enhance their technical skills and support their professional growth.
