I was working in Baker Hughes drilling fluids, in a position trainee “technical support engineer”. My base was in Uralsk, at Chinarevo field. I have been sent initially to the training courses in Aberdeen with Solids Control Equipment, assembly and reassembly, directly was introduced with shale shakers, sand control equipment and centrifuges. After return to Uralsk I was looking after Solids Control Equipment and mud cleaning. I have learned great amount of experience not only in the Technical side but also in working with different cultures and nationalities.
