I am the Chair & CEO of WITS, a leading global technical services company with 14k employees worldwide. We offer consulting and outsourcing services across software development & QA, IC design, business processes, product localization, and talent augmentation. In this tech-driven era, software is the transformative catalyst for businesses. Joined WITS in 2004, turned around the company in 2006, and kept profitable ever since. Took the company to IPO in 2014. During the 5 years of WITS 2.0 (2018~2022), our revenue grew with a CAGR of 23%. Launched WITS 3.0 (2023~2027) and strategic initiative "ALL in AI" to raise the company to the next level. Formed a new BU to provide IC design services in 2025.
