- Make typewise production plan for shopfloor production and delivery schedule based on production instruction from HQ. - Organize production meeting with related production plan, resource and capacity arrangement based on HQ production instructio. - Report daily production progress, issues and action item, escalate in daily meeting. - Monitor and follow up pellet supply in order to have smooth production loading. - Coordinate and liaise with related department/section in order to keep promised schedule to customers. - Reply to customer's demand based on available inventory and incoming pellet supply.

Due to internal transfer

- Assists with the preparation and implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO's) for manufacturing assembly instructions. - Assist with the interpretations of customer documentation, drawing, and blueprint for defining manufacturing process flow. - Assist in the timely completion of ECOs through documentation, validation/approval and basic input of materials and drawing information into the SAP system. - Coordinates the ECO activity for the business for the business unit and work with the other appropriate personnel to resolve problem that result from ECO activity.
