Reporting to VP of SCM Managed 200 Staffs Responsible for Asia Supply Chain; includes overall strategic direction in tandem with business growth ambition, overseeing the management and performance, inventory control, sharing of best practices and execution of the Downstream Commercial warehouse & distribution, 3PL management (selection, contracting, change mgmt, operation mgmt, security compliance), demand planning, and order desk operations. Responsible to manage relationships and collaborate with both internal supply chain peers and external 3PL partner to enable business growth; includes product phase-in/phase-out, demand/supply gap resolution, product availability in RDC/LDC, warehouse/distribution capacity planning and adaptation, order prioritization, OTIF customer delivery. Responsible for Global transportation & mixing centre (Supply out from Asia) and key global project deployment.

Reporting to VP SCE Managed 4 Staffs Responsible for Global I&D Collaboration, Supplier Collaboration, and BRIC(India & China) Supply Chain Program:- I&D Collaboration: Develop the collaboration model and process with BGs and I&D that facilitate Supply function input and involvement in the early phase of product creation with objective to influent the product design approach towards optimal stage of supply availability, supply chain flexibility and logistics efficiency. Supplier Collaboration: Develop improvement program, KPI with PDCA, connectivity & visibility strategy that enhances Supplier Collaborations towards integral supply availability, flexibility, cost & cash improvement BRIC Supply Chain Program: To set up country specific strategic plan based on key success factors and interaction with BG roadmaps. Identify key requirements and develop capabilities/solutions.
