- Lead in conducting the system level verification test planning and implementing test methods for new product development. - Develop test cases and methods based on the specified requirements. - Collaborate with project manager to ensure the verification test result delivered within the target project timeline. - Document the system verification relevant test planning, setup, result summary, etc... within the team workspace and test management platform (e.g: Confluence, Jira, TestRail). - Design & Establish the flat rig setup integrate with HIL system (Hardware in the loop) to ready for automation test. - Develop and optimize the automated testing solutions with LabView & TestStand to reduce the test verification time. - Develop the automated testing solution for BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) relevant connectivity test based on specified requirements. (e.g: Product BLE functional verification, repeated OTA, repeated CJ, HDR verification, etc...) - Collaborate with APE to develop & optimize the connectivity test platform to be able common used for cross categories. - Assist team engineers for automation test software development.

- Responsible for automation team. - Assist automation manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy for team. - Manage resources to deal with senior engineers to scheduling the resource to handle with projects. - Design, plan, and coordinate with cross functional teams to align with the project requirement. - To plan and improve for internal team project process procedures. - Documentation Preparation to improve for team project handling process: * FAT & SAT report template * Automation machine user manual template * Preventive maintenance check list. * SOW template - Develop & define the PLC & HMI software template for team members to common use in project. - Tecnomatix plan simulation development to support for conveyor project throughput calculation. - Prepare training materials for team members. - Resolving team's member conflict to ensure a focus on task been assigned. - Hiring with new employee for team growth and expansion. - Team's member yearly appraisal preparation. - Preparing and presenting team's yearly performance review during management meeting. - Ad-hoc support in new hardware & software development and integration when necessary. - Robot programming development (UR / HIWIN) for automation project requirement when necessary. - Guide & support engineer for new function & application development in automation project.

- Develop customized test machine, reliability tester, and automation machine for equipment manufacturer of product assembly line / reliability test / lab test using both off-the-shelf equipment and custom designed hardware. - Design & development wiring diagram for tester/ test rig / automation machine based on customer's requirement. - Develop LabVIEW software to automate the test process. - Develop programmable logic control (PLC), human machine interface (HMI) for fully automated end of production line. *PLC (Omron, Keyence, Mitsubishi) *HMI (Omron, Keyence, Mitsubishi) - Work through with other team members on project planning, designing, wiring, integration and involved with customer for tester / test rig / automation machine buy-off session. -To assist & guide junior engineer to handle with their on hands project. - Tester / test rig / automation machine on site commissioning and support.

- Design electrical/electronic system control & wiring diagram for tester or machine. - Design test methodology for tester or machine to fulfill test unit requirement. - Software development in LabVIEW/PLC for test process requirements. - Tester/Machine integration, troubleshooting & testing with hardware & software. - Work closely with mechanical engineer for tester/machine requirements. - Liaise with customer for project detailed requirements / project issues / result verification when necessary. - Monitor & update the project status and feedback to team leader or manager. - Onsite service for tester / machine breakdown when required. - Hands on with soldering, wiring connection / modification when necessary. - Document preparation (user manual, BOM list, etc...)

As an assistant engineer at CFI Engineering Sdn Bhd (machine making company) which start from August of 2009 until April of 2011. In charge at electrical department and job scopes including the electrical hardware wiring drawing, control panel layout drawing, issue the BOM list, PLC program development, machine testing & troubleshooting, machine's user manual preparation and so on.

As a trainee at LUCAS AUTOMOTIVE SDN BHD and finished the 3 months internship which start from September of 2007 until November of 2007. In charge at R&D department and learn about the C programming, troubleshooting skill, schematic diagram and so on.
