1. PIC for Singapore and Indonesia market, and assisting with the Vietnam's. 2. Identify and approach new potential clients. 3. Handle inquiries from the clients with relevant documents (TDS, SDS, process flow, quotations). 4. Support Japanese AGM in communication when language barrier arises. 5. Calculate running costs and profit margins. 6. Report customer and project status to management regularly. 7. Provide technical support and explanations to customers. 8. Assist with overseas on-site work: installation of Starline dash instrument, monitoring plating line start up process, etc.

1. Conduct sampling, inspection, testing, and release of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods to meet specifications. 2. Receive, label and store samples with relevant safety & hazard information. 3. Maintain lab equipment to ensure smooth operations. 4. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of laboratory test results. 5. Perform routine calibration of lab instruments for validated testing. 6. Follow SOPs diligently and report any quality or safety non-conformances. 7. Uphold workplace 5S, safety, and security standards.

Due to strict cGMP regulations, my hands-on role at BIOCON Sdn. Bhd. was limited, but I gained valuable exposure to insulin manufacturing by observing and supporting documentation and operations in the Fermentation department. 1. Assisted in vessel pressure testing, leakage detection with labolene, and valve diaphragm checks. 2. Supported Filter Integrity Tests (FIT), including Bubble Point and Water Intrusion Tests, ensuring protocol compliance and accurate results. 3. Monitored dissolved oxygen and optimized methanol feed flow during induction to enhance production efficiency and safety. 4. Conducted sampling for contamination checks, product analysis, and growth evaluation to support quality assurance. 5. Assisted in Clean in Place (CIP) operations, ensuring thorough cleaning of equipment and product-contact surfaces.

Responsibilities: 1. Managed cashier duties efficiently, including processing transactions, handling cash, and providing excellent customer service. 2. Promoted and sold a variety of lady shoes, utilizing persuasive sales techniques to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets. 3. Facilitated a seamless shopping experience by retrieving shoes from the store according to customer specifications and sizes.
