I designed and delivered key PolicyCenter features including Copy Submission workflows, policy certificate generation, and automated Data Load APIs. I optimized performance by refactoring code, sequencing batch jobs, and cleaning up database entities. I built a flexible discount framework for BOP products and enhanced user experience with reference material, user preferences, and automated notifications. I improved traceability with Message History Search and ensured quality through static analysis, consistency checks, and comprehensive testing. Additionally, I streamlined development with automated GIT merge scripts and extended the data model to meet evolving business needs.

I developed and customized screens, activity patterns, and workflows while optimizing performance and resolving GUI issues during version upgrades. Additionally, I integrated key statistics into Claim Summary pages and contributed to design discussions for the Emergency Road Service module.

I developed banking modules for checking, savings, and customer management using Java, JSP, JDBC, and Oracle PL/SQL. I built reusable components, interactive UI screens, and integrated MQ Series for transaction notifications. Additionally, I automated tasks with shell scripts and enhanced system functionality with XML parsing and XSLT transformations.
