Key Contributions & Expertise: * Support large-scale deployments and configurations of Aruba WLAN architectures, including Instant APs, Campus/Remote APs, Mobility Controllers/Gateways, and Virtual Mobility Conductors. * Troubleshoot complex issues related to Aruba Central (Groups, sites, template based configuration, Cloud Auth, Central REST API issues, ...) * Troubleshoot complex wireless networking issues: AP connectivity, cluster formation, Aruba Central integration, high availability, VRRP, configuration inheritance, and performance optimization. * Troubleshoot complex Wi-Fi users experience issues (Users not able to associate, users not getting IP address, users not getting internet access, users random disconnections, low throughput, roaming issues, ...) * Resolve advanced Wi-Fi challenges: dot1x authentication (EAP-PEAP, EAP-TLS, EAP-TTLS), captive portal (internal, external, and cloud guest), dynamic segmentation, mesh networking, IAP-VPN, and VoIP performance (MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp). * Assist customers in Generating and installing SSL certificates on mobility conductors and mobility controllers for captive portal, webui access, Palo Alto firewall integration, … * Perform advanced network traffic analysis using Wireshark Contributor to Internal Lab Development & Operations: * Designed and built lab architecture, including server installation, vSphere ESXi setup, VM provisioning, and Windows Server deployment (DHCP, DNS, AD). * Installed and configured ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM), AirWave, and full Aruba WLAN infrastructure for testing and validation (including L2/L3 switches, firewall, mobility gateways and mobility controllers and access points).

Founded in 1998, the Higher School of Communications of Tunis (Sup'Com) is the main training school of telecommunications engineers in Tunisia. Affiliated with the University of Carthage, Sup'Com occupies the first places for the national competition of access to engineering schools in Tunisia.
