In the role of Supervisor on the Projects dept. you monitor daily operational tasks, workflow and handle escalations for several key accounts. Further more you will maintain the level of service and look for more effecient ways to process shipments and instruct/train your team on these new procedures.

Arma designs, manufactures ans sells high quality mens and womens leather wear. Our production companies are based in China, Turkey, Pakistan and India. Arma distributes its high quality in the Netherlands and all over Europe. Responsibilities: - Adopt and assess returns/complaints and process them. - Monitor the stock and check/process incoming products on quantity, quality. - Shipping orders and arrange the needed transport + documents. - Managing warehouse employees.
