I’m a geriatrician, Certified Medical Director (CMD), and founder building workflow infrastructure for post-acute and skilled nursing care.As a practicing physician and medical director for nursing facilities, I’ve spent years seeing firsthand how fragmented post-acute workflows have become — nurse calls, interruptions, family updates, scattered information, and documentation reconstructed late into the night.That led me to build Flor.Flor is designed to capture the real-time flow of patient care and turn fragmented clinical activity into usable context, timelines, documentation, and workflows — helping clinicians reduce cognitive load and improve continuity across facilities.I’m also the founder of Worcester Physicians and Nurses Services, our commitment to geriatric and post-acute patient care, as well as ReminderLink and WPNSCareSync — platforms built to help family caregivers stay organized, informed, and supported throughout the care journey.My background includes Internal Medicine and Geriatrics training at UMass Medical School, combined with years of operational leadership across healthcare delivery and clinical workflows.I’m passionate about helping post-acute care teams move beyond fragmented systems toward practical, scalable infrastructure built for how clinicians actually work.
