Acquired by Wynnchurch Capital in February 2018. Wynnchurch manages a number of private equity funds with a focus on firms that possess the potential for substantial growth and profit improvement. Team Car Care, LLC. (dba Jiffy Lube) is the largest franchisee of quick lube retail service stores in the country. Operating More than 550 Jiffy Lube locations from coast to coast and serving nearly 5 million guests each year with nearly 5,000 professional teammates. Jiffy Lube strives to provide a WOW experience for every valued guest on every visit. Served as CIO and a member of the turnaround management team that delivered 7+ consecutive quarters of comp sales growth—a milestone not achieved in over a decade. Accountable for business process management and continuous improvement initiatives, including the rollout of a company-wide operating model built on the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) framework. Led the Operating Committee and facilitated strategic planning efforts, including SWOT analyses and Horizon planning. Partnered with the CMO to enhance and digitize local store marketing capabilities across all retail locations.

Exeter Finance Corporation, a national financial services company, provides technology-driven financing for used vehicles purchased through franchised auto dealers. The company operates in 34 states and plans to expand into all major U.S. markets. Exeter is owned by The Blackstone Group, one of the world’s leading private equity investment and advisory firms. Responsible for the delivery of business solutions, service delivery and operations management to Exeter’s business segments.

In December 2010, Humana Inc. acquired Concentra from Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a New York-based private equity firm. Concentra is a national leader in employer-focused outpatient healthcare, operating more than 580 centers, onsite health locations, and retail clinics across 43 states — now exceeding $1.9 billion in annual revenue. Responsible for the delivery of business solutions, service delivery and operations management to Concentra's business segments.

Served as a member of the engineering team responsible for building and maintaining the core infrastructure of Rackspace’s globally distributed Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) public cloud platform, designed for high reliability, availability, scalability, and performance. Provided operational support and technical expertise for the joint Rackspace–NASA initiative that led to the launch of OpenStack, an open-source cloud computing platform created to help organizations deliver cloud services on commodity hardware.

As a member of the Global Operations Center management team, I provided 24/7 technical leadership to a team of Operations Analysts supporting global e-commerce platforms, including Expedia, Hotels.com, and Hotwire. My responsibilities included mentoring team members, supporting their professional growth, and delivering training on system and network technologies. In addition to leadership duties, I maintained a hands-on role in Site Operations and Application Engineering, working across a wide range of technologies and platforms.
