• Monitor silo inventory and arrange daily railcar pumping schedule to make sure no material shortage for production run. • Issue proper paper works to central warehouse for material transfer, receiving and railcar releasing. • Prepare daily silo reading report to production. • Prepare daily material variance report. • Arrange boxed resin storage. • Issue purchase request to order material. • Assistant and supervise pump station operation. • Arrange overtime for resin pumping when needed. • Perform monthly and annually physical inventory. • Supervise the house keeping in pump station area • Reporting to Material Control Supervisor for any related issues

- Instructing high school international students (both entry and intermediate levels) the knowledge of English, focusing on reading, listening, speaking and writing. - Striving to help students prepare for TOEFL test in order to make them have sufficient ability to apply for colleges. - Responsible for organizing ESL summer camp, leading new ESL students to be more familiar with school environment and ESL curriculum. - Playing a role as an adviser to advise students when they have problems in academic and life.

I had two internships while I studied at the University of Pennsylvania. One was to teach Chinese immigrants subjects such as Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking; and another was to instruct immigrant students from Hispanic countries Basic English ability such as Reading, Language Arts, Speaking, and Health.
