I am an accomplished HCM Solution Architect with over 20 years of experience in regional and global enterprise applications management and solutions and delivery, including industry business process knowledge from manufacturing, real estate, banking and integrated resorts. I have extensive expertise covering delivering high-quality solutions and managing programs, projects, resources, budgets and vendors. I also successfully lead and develop high-performing project teams, establishing actionable solutions, achieving goals and optimising returns.
