Currently on a 15-month Management Associate Programme under operations excellence. Sustainability: Reconceptualized sustainability training modules to accommodate for site operations employees. Increased total number of certified sustainability specialists by 30% in Q4 2022. Innovated a sustainability standard checklist for warehouse operations across the APAC region.

I had the opportunity to work on two method validation projects and a method development project to create Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs). These SOPs were developed to allow the ease of qualitative and quantitative analyses of the analytes of interest. My responsibilities also include preparing validation summary reports at the end of each project for ease and convenience of reference.

Responsibilities: Led a team of 23 medics during emergency exercises for two years, coordinated and directed the roles of each medic while acting as the primary medic simultaneously. Well-trained in phlebotomy, first-aid, and primary healthcare interventions.

Planned and carried out experimental procedures for organic reactions 2. Created a library of compounds via high-throughput screening 3. Optimised reaction conditions and carried out purification techniquesusing column chromatography 4. Performed qualitative analysis using HPLC, GC and UV-VIS 5. Prepared detailed laboratory reports and presentations

Conducted quality control tests on pre-exported samples using HPLC-MS, GC-MS, gravimetric analysis and titration. Performed inventory control of laboratory and storeroom supplies. Carried out dissolution tests, friability tests and qualitative analysis of tablets.
