Crafting New HomePage/Feed for the biggest SuperApp in SEA area • Recommendation Algorithm , Statistical Modeling & Analysis and Experiment Design

• Responsible for Credit & Risk and Financial Services projects including Product Analytics, User Behavior Analysis, Anti-Fraud and Predictive Modeling with Statistical and Deep Learning models. • Developed end-to-end spark auto ML pipeline and time-series analysis API for serving 100+ million user base Credit Score modeling from feature engineering, dimension reduction, model fitting, parameter tuning , model selection to docker API services. • Productionized real-time anti-fraud detection system with 20% AUC lift, implemented XGBoost, LightGBM and Random Forest. • Designed experiment and define metrics to measure key business indicators and evaluate product/model performance. Project – Reinforcement Learning for On-demand Delivery Job Assignment Optimization • Conducted data analytics with machine learning techniques to analyze customer demands and extract business insights. • Designed and built the training environment to simulate the delivery problems for implementing the reinforcement learning algorithms (DQN, DDQN, DDPG, Off-policy Actor-Critic frameworks) • Project Results: The AI agent helped enhance overall driver utilization , reduce delivery cost and improve delivery efficiency.
