- Involved in the development & support of Labvantage LIMS systems as a LIMS software engineer - Responsible for developing functions such as creating samples, material procurement, instrument results logging and email notification using Java, JSP for backend & utilizing HTML/CSS,JS for front end development - Involved in industries such as oil & gas, healthcare and semiconductor. Successfully implemented multiple LIMS projects starting from requirement gathering, environment setup, development, FAT, UAT, production deployment until project sign off - Utilized web services to receive data from client’s SAP system to create the test samples and to upload the reviewed sample results from LIMS back to SAP system - Developed an in-house program tool to process client’s generated CSV Excel files and to upload the results to LIMS or client’s databases - Created reports such as daily lab activity, billing and sample results using JasperReport tool, Excel VBA and SQL queries - Wrote and tuned SQL queries, stored procedures and triggers for database performance optimization

- Worked with small team of developers to develop web applications that adheres to the client requirements and participating in code reviews and testing. - Involved in creating a merchant web-based tool for a mobile wallet app developed by our client where I am responsible for developing functions such as merchant points withdrawal, printing merchant statements in PDF form and utilizing web services and cron jobs to verify payment performed by customers or vendors. - Developed a merchant administration web page for an international credit service company. I have created modules where multiple web services are called to obtain the data required and populate it to a listing, and user functions such as changing secure phrase and forgot user ID/email module.
