Weekly task: - Weekly SHC meeting - Safety awareness training - Weekly management safety inspection Monthly task: - Monthly corporate meeting. - Conduct safety and health committee (SHC) meeting. - Special inspection like plenum inspection, HV/LV room inspection, powered industrial truck inspection, canteen audit, etc. - ERT training arrangement. Situational task: - Registration for new site. - Arrange for scheduled waste disposal and training. - Renew license for PPA, PMA & PMT. - Assist during JKKP and BOMBA inspection. - Incident investigation and corrective action implementation. - Update and review chemical register in the factory. - Update and review HIRARC.

Daily task: - Gemba walk & 5S inspection to improve safety issue in the workplace. Weekly task: - Toolbox briefing - information sharing to Production and Warehouse workers. - Supervise forklift/Lift truck inspection. Monthly task: - Fire extinguisher inspection. - Supervise machinery inspection. - Conduct safety and health committee (SHC) meeting. Situational task: - Renew licence for PPA, PMA & PMT. - Assist during JKKP and BOMBA inspection. - Incident investigation and corrective action implementation. - Establish, implement, monitor and improve Covid-19 preventive measures. - Arrange training and assessment for workers based on JKKP requirement. - Update and review chemical register in the factory. - Update and review HIRARC.
