• Assigned as the key technical support personnel for 9 distributors in South East Asia (SEA) and conducted technical training to 3 distributors in Malaysia and Singapore. • Experienced in Heat Transfer Knowledge and Product Sizing. • Familiar with commercial terms in contracts, i.e. incoterms, payment terms, liability etc. • Had experience in coordinating mini projects, claims and commissioning. • Finalized and launched standard quotation templates for AL SEA, Food & Water Division. • Liaised with DOSH Malaysia on pressure vessel approval. • Proposed and finalized the details of Service-Level Agreement between 2 departments to smoothen cross-department coordination. • Elected as President of AL Social Club 2017

• Assigned to sites to investigate wear issues on potatoes/onions sorting machine • Led a project to improve the robustness of machinery parts with high wear and high OPEX • Conclusion: Wear is caused by abrasive particles, hence SOP is improved with suitable CIP procedure and parts’ material is changed as per recommended.

• Involved in an internship program to familiarize with industrial activities
