Led the complete crewing, HR, administration, PRO, and transportation functions for company-owned and cross-chartered offshore vessels operating under the Allianz Group. Oversaw crew operations across multiple vessel types, including DP vessels, PSVs, AHTs, OSVs, and crew boats, supporting high-profile clients such as ADMA, ZADCO, RasGas, ARAMCO, Total, and Qatar Petroleum. 🔹 Managed end-to-end crew lifecycle, including recruitment (per STCW/MLC/ILO), induction, training, performance appraisal, scheduling, and payroll 🔹 Coordinated with international crewing agents in India, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Ukraine to ensure compliant, well-documented crew deployment 🔹 Oversaw crew travel, documentation, visas, endorsements, and compliance for critical offshore operations 🔹 Participated in internal and external audits as Department Head; involved in crew budgeting for commercial planning 🔹 Directed HR strategy and operations, including onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, policy implementation, and payroll coordination 🔹 Managed office administration, including insurance, PRO liaison, and transportation logistics for staff and crew 🔹 Worked closely with executive leadership on recruitment strategy and compliance with local labor laws

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of independently leading the Crewing function across a diverse and dynamic fleet—delivering results in some of the world’s most demanding maritime hubs, including the Gulf, Tanzania, Mexico, Nigeria, Angola, and Far East Asia. From strategic manpower planning to end-to-end crewing operations, I’ve collaborated with global clients such as Adma, Zadco, Aramco, Total, Shell, MOQ, Pemex, ExxonMobil, Horizon, Fugro, Technip, and Saipem, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, readiness, and operational efficiency. In 2006, I had the incredible opportunity to join a Dubai-based company right from its inception. Looking back, I’m proud to say I was not just an early employee—I was a pioneer. From day one, I wore multiple hats, laying the foundation for various departments including: 🔹 HR & Admin (2006–2011) 🔹 Purchasing (2006–2011) 🔹 Crewing (2006–2010) 🔹 Operations (2006–2009) 🔹 Accounts (2006–2008) 🔹 Commercial (2006–2008) As the company scaled and our fleet expanded, I took on the role of Admin & Purchasing Manager from 2010 to present, continuing to contribute to strategic growth while mentoring cross-functional teams and driving annual budgeting processes. 💡 Recognized as Featured Employee for Q1 2010, I remain committed to fostering collaborative cultures and operational excellence across departments. Ensuring vessels are Chartered on short or long terms contracts. Job also involved supervising requirement of Crewing, Vessel Operations, Chartering, HSQE & Purchasing of the company fleet working in Arabian Gulf.

Correspondence with clients, associates, vessels and vendors. Maintaining office filing system, all administration work as per Jebel Ali Free Zone requirements, handling purchases of all office and vessel requirements, documentation for various projects, arranging for visa’s, seaman cards etc for the crew. Arranging all formalities for on-signer crew and off-signer crew. Keeping contacts with hotels and transport companies. Doing hotel bookings, crew transportation. Handling accounts – All Invoicing, LPO’s, maintaining Petty Cash, Bank Reconciliation etc, Calculation of crew salary etc. Basically managing all secretarial, administration & accounting jobs. During my employment with Seacor, my Manager had an extensive travel itinerary. In addition to arranging and scheduling this itinerary I was responsible for the upkeep of ongoing projects and the initiation of others whilst the manager was travelling. Plus, after six months I was entrusted to look after all of the Companies affairs whilst the Manager was on leave, thereby saving on the cost of a relief manager. During this period I have also been responsible for the annual audit working in conjunction with the Seacor International Controller, Arthur Andersen and JAFZA.

Sending quotations to client, correspondence with the clients, formulation of company pre-qualification documents & Quality Manual for tender submission, maintaining files for clients, handling technicians - labour & visa requirements as per UAE labour law, security passes for different UAE ports for the technicians, formulation of different procedures and manuals of the company, fixing up appointments with clients for the MD, issuing L.P.O’s, handling purchase of all stationary items, maintaining the petty cash, formulation of documentations as per requirements for various projects etc.
