My education started after I dropped out of college and it is yet to end. When I asked my parents what options do I have, they said "Do everything, explore and do what you love most." So when I was 17, I started exploring and trust me I still am. Every time I tried something new, I developed new skills and perspectives which led me to become a problem solver and solution seeker. I find it hard not to do things the same way, I always find easier and quicker ways to achieve the results which led me to become an Entrepreneur myself. I had a branding and marketing company where I created brand identities for startups and rebranded some companies as well. At the peak of my business I worked as a creative partner and headed my branding and design team with Govt. of Karnataka for a Global Investors Meet called Invest Karnataka 2016. Understood and worked on 14 different sectors and created their profiles which gave me insights on how each businesses works. The objective was to market and brand Karnataka as a state to raise investments from the who's who of the business world. Working along with PwC, this was one of my best experiences of life. We raised MOUs worth 1.3lakh crores for the state (Around $6.6B) Got to meet people like Ratan Tata, Narayan Murthy, Sajjan Jindal, Azim Premji and many many more. Had access to VVIP dinners where I could walk next to them at the age of 27. Felt I made it in life. But I failed in that business, I realised that I was just passion driven and not science driven. Business is science. There are simple yet powerful ways to achieve a result but still Entrepreneurs look out for doing things their own way just like I did before. Then I helped around 100+ businesses to build a business which can grow without them with Asia's Leading Business Coaching and Training company Quantum Leap Learning Solutions Pvt Ltd. Our mission is to help business owners create a workplace where the team members, customer and even the themselves win. We call it the WIN WIN WIN workplace. I have coached business owners from manufacturing, retail, services and even trading. I get to meet 1000s of Business Owners on a regular basis and interact with them which has led me to explore more on how businesses work. Being mentored the best in the industry has been one of the best learning experiences of life. My learning never ends so does growing. So I'm still on the track of what my parents told me back when I was 17, exploring. Today I head the marketing function of the business and building the brands of Rajiv Talreja and Karan Hasija.
