Handle full life cycle of contract / fulltime IT recruitment process, an end-to-end recruitment. Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skill sets as per client’s requirements. Handle multiple requirements simultaneously. Understanding of Client VMS process. Clear understanding of the Recruiting process from initial screening of the candidates resume until the end of contract. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches. Well versed understanding of all Tax term w2, corp. to corp., 1099 and work authorizations. Working experience on job boards like Dice, monster, Career Builder, Job Diva, LinkedIn etc.

Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy. Be the first point of contact to candidates and source them accordingly. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc. Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
