This background shapes my approach toward building high-performance, data-driven and sustainable operations.At CAPS, I lead consulting programs for top multinational and leading Indian organisations. Our focus areas include Quality and Productivity Improvement, Cost Reduction strategies, Business Process Re-engineering, Continuous Improvement deployment, Sustainability, Carbon Footprint Reduction and ESG performance enhancement. We have successfully partnered with more than 200 companies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and align with their Sustainability and ESG goals.People development and capability building remain central to my work.
